Seriously, though...This piece is clearly well-thought-out, if a bit unfinished. I am docking one star for that reason, btw, as I would like to see this as a completed work, considering the quality and clear effort put into this piece. I just wish the idiots below me could see that you have loads of potential and I would like to see it harnessed to its fullest. :)

I don't have any plans to make a more complete version of this, i'm afraid, because I only did it as a result of my friend harassing me for at least a month to draw Clint Eastwood. I do really like the look of the gray tones, though. I think i'll have to do them more often.
The people who rate low on this are just jealous of your work. Seriously, the black and white works well here, and the technique used is very well executed, and that's not even mentioning the creative design of the characters. Though I would like to see this in color, as it stands, this is a fantastic piece, and I certainly hope to see more. :)

What makes you think that everyone will appreciate what you do? My art is miles above yours, yet I still get zero-bombed. Why? They simply do not appreciate me. I don't know what I have done to deserve terrible scores, and people should have been over what I have done in the past...
Now for the quality of this piece. It's good, but greatly suffers from a lack of color in my opinion.

I'm a fan of Skullgirls as well, but I'm not pulling any punches here. She is WAY too thick, not curvy and thin enough, and frankly, I don't even know where your light source is! She just...Looks way too wonky for me to find this remotely pleasing. I'm being generous because you're a fellow Skullgirls fan. Believe me, as much as I want to give this a lower score than what I've put, my conscience doesn't want me to. I really suggest working on your anatomy, and I hope you take what I say seriously.

First let me say that I respect your insight on the matter but let me make my own statements as well.
First off, the fact that you find her not Curvy and thin enough is a personal preference of yours and not something I need to correct. I understand that the initial style of skull girls is different but i don't draw like Alex Ahad. I draw females different.
The light source ill give to you. its not one of my strong points.
As for my anatomy it is in fact correct. although a bit exaggerated in some areas it does its job. I've studied anatomy extensively and pride myself on my training. muscle structure, gesture drawing, and posing is something iv'e gotten a lot of practice with these past few years in my journey to improve as an artist. And it shows in all my work from late 2011 to this year.
Also if i may you should not be so quick to point out potential flaws in other peoples work when none of what your suggesting is executed in your own work. its kind of hypocritical.
In any case iv'e said what iv'e needed to say. whether you respond to this or not is up to you But i wont be bothering in any further pointless arguments with you.

IN response to the PM you sent me, you were an artist to begin with. I was just mad at everyone and everything because of all of the trolling I've been getting. Yes, I do realize now that I should not have said what I said, and I wish to try and reconcile my mistakes. So, onto the piece.
You are improving quite a bit, and while it does have its flaws, such as the somewhat disorderly hair and the odd angle at which her head is at, I do see some potential in you.
Oh, and it only takes your will to draw and create to be an artist.
I'm not sure why this was downrated. Anyways, thank you for finally realizing the errors of your ways, and I do admit I was a bit hard on the trolling. If you're serious about changing, I can say with certainty that you will have to start paying attention to the constructive criticism that you receive, instead of just nodding your head along to it like a puppet.

Just terrible...It is just DOWNRIGHT horrendous...If I saw her walking down the street, I would run and hide because she's so ugly. Her face looks awkward, her neck is missing (wow...how could you MISS that), and it's just so messy...Why do you even bother drawing? Why bother trolling? Does it make your e-peen larger than your 2 inches already is? Does the trolly need some e-peen? I think he does. Well, too bad, you ain't gettin' any. You've had one little victory and that's all you're getting.
The neck is there, you're apparently just too dense to see that it's covered by the ruffles. I know that the face is slightly awkward--one of her eyes is set too high. I noticed. Thanks for the review, but since it's coming from someone that mainly draws anatomically squashed-up anime chicks, it's invalidated.
