I'm Just Done Caring

Okay. Here's my new stance. Those who are haters can hate, and I won't give a damn. If you're abusive to me, I won't give a damn. I'm done caring. I'm done. No matter what you say, no matter what you do, I will stop caring. Hate me, love me, I don't care. But one thing I will NOT tolerate is unapproved fan art of my work.

I hate:
1) Bullies
2) Idiots
3) Plagiarism

Oh, and I re-submitted Calypso just to get through your thick heads, that she is mine.
All of my characters, are mine alone, and are under the strictest license this site has to offer, and if I find ANY plagiarism whatsoever, I will report you.

Other than that, I don't give a shit about your reviews, comments or whatever. I'm no longer offended by any comments you have about me, and in fact, I do have a little something to say to those who I have offended either on purpose or not;

I am sorry for blamming your work, even though it was unwarranted. That was a bad mistake on my part. So, I apologize for all of the hateful things I have said. Now, it's your turn to apologize for saying hateful things about me when I didn't deserve it, you haters. After that, we'll be cool, ne?

So, that's me in a nut-shell right now. I'm done with stress and no matter what you do, I will always be here and there is nothing you can do to keep me from having a good time here, and enjoying my time here, ciao!

This isn't being hateful or anything, but why do you give a shit about people doing fanart of your characters? All that it means is that some other artist really liked one of your characters and wanted to do it justice themselves. It's not like they'll claim it's their character, they'll credit you.

You're not making a profit off the characters or anything, so there's no loss or negative aspects to people making fanart.

The reality is that the licensing for art on NG does not prevent people from making fan art of your characters. The license only protects the specific image that you uploaded, not the character itself. People are not allowed to modify & distribute that image, or use that image for commercial use. The license does not give you copyright over that character.

Ignoring the case of 10JD, someone making fanart of your work is a cool thing. That means someone is a fan of your work, embrace it don't push it away.

Just a copy and paste from Newgrounds Licensing terms. Kinda says it all right there.... For one 10JD or JD10 (whatever his name is) is braking the Newgrounds code. For all I know: 1- It was not approved! 2- If it was altered, transformed, or built upon, he is not allowed to distribute it!
