Well, I figured out that when using Magix Music Maker 16, you can make your own arrangements, and not use the pre-made sound pool. I saw a video that looked like the person was using custom note arrangements similar to those seen in Garageband. Here's one example:

I saw a custom MIDI arranger around the first 3 minutes of this video, and it looks like the keyboard in Little Big Planet 2, where you can decide how long a note goes for, and so on.
This pretty much proves how right I am. I also learned that if I make my game's music with Music Maker and want to sell it, I cannot use anything from the sound pool. I just called tech support, and they gave the OK, so long as it wasn't from the sound pool. That's pretty much it for now...updates will continue later.
