How do I get my chances of being scouted up?

This is a REALLY great picture but, I need to know how to get scouted. PLEASE tell ME!!! *SOB* I'm in dire need of help, cuz I've been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for two and a half fucking weeks!!!

I don't know? I'm really the worst person you could bother asking that question too XD To be honest I personally, barely ever go to the unscouted section, that's not to say that other people don't though.

Try posting your art in the Art forums? And be sure to read the art forum rules first. And quit mentioning anime so much like in the first thread you made, and you should be ok lol.

Again, like I told the last artist...the M rating is a little extreme. This is at least a strong PG-13 at best. Anyway, great art!

I didn't use 7.0 for this picture, I used CS3 ^^;
however, they're basically the same thing XD

I didn't use a tutorial for this picture so I'm afraid I can't send you one specifically. :c
however, if you go onto deviantart.com and search for tutorials, you'll find loads, lots of them helped me! ^o^
if you go onto my deviantart page and look through my favourites and go to a collection called tutorials, you'll find lots of good ones!
